Fernanda Galvão is an executive partner and head of the Contracts and Compliance Team. Advises clients on negotiation of different type of agreements as well as on implementation and improvement of compliance programs. She holds over 16 years of experience in civil law in a nationally recognized law firm in São Paulo, working with national and international clients. Fernanda also gained extensive experience in corporate law, with an emphasis on contracts, managing the legal department of a multinational insurance company.
