Christian Sahb Batista Lopes
With 20 years of experience as a lawyer, Mr. Lopes is the partner responsible for arbitration and consultancy in matters regarding contracts, corporate law, financial and commercial transactions. In addition to being a lawyer, Mr. Lopes has been an Adjunct Professor of Civil Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais since 2012. He has also served as director and vice-president of the Chamber of Mediation and Corporate Arbitration - Brazil (CAMARB) until 2018. He has acted as director of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) since 2018. Mr. Lopes has published articles and books in his area of expertise.
