One of the firm’s co-founder, Rafhael Frattari is the head of the Tax Team. He holds over 20 years of experience, with focus on Tax Litigation as well as Indirect and Direct Taxes regulation. In addition, Frattari advised many firms about corporate reorganization and successfully represented them in litigation cases. For three consecutive years, Frattari was considered one of the biggest names in Tax Law (Chambers and Partners) and the clients recognize him as “highly qualified”.
