Our Labor Law Team is experienced in both consulting and litigation, acting in several Brazilian States, providing full assistance to our clients in different types of disputes, either individual or collective, and is fully dedicated to the corporate labor claims. We act with preventive advocacy on judicial and administrative disputes, always in synergy with the other areas of the Firm and with our client’s in-house counsels, aiming to build a smart and long lasting solution to the management of human resources.

In the advisory field, we assist our clients by elaborating studies and opinions about the various labor and legal aspects, focusing on the prevention of disputes and the reduction of the costs with contingencies and liabilities. We are experienced on legal audit, notably in merger and acquisition processes; drafting and analyzing employment contracts; defining the remuneration structure of companies and economic groups; and advising on the hiring of foreign workers, both on the labor and immigration aspects and proceedings.
