VLF Advogados has an intense practice on litigation issues concerning business; our work involves promoting the full legal management of large portfolios of medium complexity as well as working on strategic and sensible cases, conducted by the VLF Strategic Team.

Acting in strategic processes are personally conducted by the partners Daniel Vilas Boas and Leonardo Wykrota, who are actively engaged with clients defining the possible paths of action, counselling the pre-litigation negotiations and monitoring of promoted judicial measures.

We are prepared to conduct proceedings around the country, whether in the courts of major states, in numerous sections of the Federal Justice, or before the Superior Courts located in Brasilia. Additionally, we are prepared to meet the demands of our clients regarding the approval of foreign judgments (recognition and enforcement), as both judicial arbitration.

The litigation team has extensive experience assisting the compliance with requirements for various parameters, especially for the adequate risk and provisions measurement, in accordance with the rules issued by the Accounting Pronouncements Committee (CPC 25).
