Victor Rocha is a lawyer of the corporate consultancy team, with professional experience in succession planning, contracts, due diligence, real estate law, corporate consultancy and corporate reorganization transactions. Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and is a member of the board of directors of the Grupo de Estudos de Direito Empresarial – GEDEMP, an association focused on the training and development of lawyers and students in the area of corporate law.
