Luisa is an associate lawyer of the corporate consultancy team. She has professional experience with M&A operations, corporate restructuring, compliance with regulatory institutions and corporate and business consulting. She holds a bachelor's degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and is currently pursuing an L.L.M in Corporate Law at the Institute of Teaching and Research (Insper) in São Paulo/SP.
